Ham Quiche
This is a simple but great tasting quiche.
1/2 lb muchrooms, sliced large
2 Tbsp butter
4 eggs
8 oz sour cream
1/2 cup parmesean cheese
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp onion powder
6 - 8 drops tobasco
8 oz monterey jack cheese
1/2 cup ham, chopped
Saute mushrooms in the butter, drain and set aside. Blend next 7 items together, add mushrooms, cheese and ham. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes in a greased pan.
